Tristan oversees the day-to-day operations for the Commercial Property Group within Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties. His primary role involves assisting both commercial and residential agents with marketing, data research, property valuation, and transaction guidance, specifically for commercial properties. He also manages the brokerage’s accounts with service providers including CoStar, Loopnet and Buildout.

Tristan also partners with a few commercial agents on their individual sales transactions, earning him the BHHS Leading Edge Society – top 9% (2021), the BHHS President’s Circle – top 5% (2022) and BHHS Honor Society – top 14% (2023).

Tristan is a Marin County native who attended St. Ignatius College Preparatory School in San Francisco. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from San Diego State University and a master’s degree in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco.
