Toni has been a successful property, money manager, and wealth investment advisor for over 24 years. She specializes in locating off market 1031 exchange replacement properties. She has represented individuals, high net worth clients and corporations. Having a global client base, there is a focus on diversifying both domestic and global portfolios. Toni has existing relationships with buyers and sellers of off market apartments, assisted living/memory care, mixed use retail, student housing, hospitality and development projects, capital and equity raise for certain properties is also available.

Toni also specializes in commercial DST ownership. Fractional Real Estate ownership can be purchased with discretionary income or the proceeds of a 1031 Exchange. Fractional purchases allow an investor to own part of a large commercial or multifamily property. This also allows geographical diversification of one’s real estate portfolio and allows the investor to purchase real estate without requiring a loan. This is a modern technique for investing in commercial real estate.

Toni is Secretary of the nonprofit Wet Art. Wet Art combines athletic equipment such as wetsuits with an artist’s imagination creating unusual pieces of art. Funds have been raised through the auction process and then donated to children’s programs such as The Boys and Girls Club and other local charities for children with cancer.
