Patrick Ripple has specialized in multifamily and commercial brokerage for over 40 years. He has been involved in the purchase and sale of hundreds of apartment buildings and commercial properties throughout Marin and Sonoma Counties, as well as the greater Bay Area. Many of these sales were structured as IRS sec. 1031 exchanges. Pat utilizes his wealth of experience and knowledge in commercial brokerage to advise and guide his clients through the transaction process.

After previously working for the Robert Butler Co. and Bradley Commercial, Pat joined the Commercial Property Group of Berkshire Hathaway Drysdale Properties at the end of 2018.
